THIS IS FOR ONE (1) SPONGE HOLDER

Approximate Measurements: 
- 2" tall
- 3" wide

The sponge holder is handmade on a potters wheel from dark red stoneware clay & glazed in my lovely Aqua Mist. The sides are cut to make room for a sponge and a little hand formed bird is perched on the edge. It is hand designed with a special slip trailing technique. The texture beautifully breaks through the glaze to reveal the design. 

As with all my handmade pottery...every piece has its own unique handmade character and may have slightly different sizes, shapes, designs and color variations. I never use molds and make each, one at a time. I always use lead free glaze & high fire in my kiln. All my dishes are food, dishwasher and microwave safe but hand washing is always recommended. Each piece is signed Back Bay Pottery and my initials.
